Welcome, 

I’m Dimitri, in 2015 I founded my management company Unfolds.

‘Unfolds‘ means ‘gradual disclosure. This also sums up what i’m passionate about : guiding companies in identifying what customers really need and help define and build game-changing experiences that solve those needs. Turning something they need in something they want.

I have a good sense of what customers really need and a sixth sense in discovering needs worth solving. A forward thinking mindset helps me define a long-term vision to solve those needs. I can guide cross-functional and distributed teams to deliver on that vision, in an agile way.

With a good mix of strategic, technical & marketing skills, I play well in defining game-changing experiences end-to-end. These skills are built on 25 years of hands-on experience in B2B product management, development and marketing of integrated solutions.

In the last 10 years, I worked at several key management positions : global head of product management at Elster( now part of Honeywell ) , CTO and managing director in Gantner ( now part of Salto Systems ). Always in an international context, with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Begin 2023, I decided to look for new horizons. So far, it has been a busy year. I co-founded Sweetspot with 2 two partners, to offer niche consulting services for software businesses. I joined Briteflo as a partner to offer my software expertise for selected M&A services. And together with my wife, we expanded Sferio, our own e-commerce business, with a physical retail store,  launch in october 2023. Open for (various :-)) business.
